Week 51 - One Year Left (Yikes!)

This week we had to do more FINDING™.

The hardest part of missionary work is finding people who will listen to your message and honestly consider it. Many nice people will let us have an hour of their time, but few will take the time to follow through on our invitations.

In the pictures, our neighbors have a pet monkey. It’s sort of strange. He stares as we do our laundry.

Our property has around ten cats. They are everywhere. They eat our food, pee on our sand, poo in our shoes, come into our house, etc.

It rained a lot this week. We experienced two tropical storms in a row, and there was a lot of flooding. The water in the road was halfway to our knees.

In missionary experiences, we got to meet with a Sister Liesel and a Brother Justin, who were great to teach. They asked a lot of questions, and they really wanted to understand. They accepted a commitment to pray to know the truth, and I think they’ll do it.
