Hello everyone!
This week we did all sorts of fun stuff!
On Monday, we went grocery shopping and thrift shopping. I got two shirts and a jacket.
On Tuesday, we went to district meeting and then we spent all day proselyting. Then we almost had a dinner appointment, but we were too late and there were no buses. We waited almost 100 minutes, and there was still no bus.
On Wednesday, we went out and proselyted again.
On Thursday, we had interviews with the mission president. This was Elder Maroket’s last interview before his exit interview, so we spent a long time there. The mission president’s wife gave us socks and sandwiches, so ayos ang lahat! (Everything is great/fine/fixed/well!)
On Friday, we did weekly planning. It was long and hard, but we hope that we planned effectively for the people in our area. Then we went out and proselyted again.
On Saturday, we went out and proselyted. At the end of the day, we went to a dinner appointment in Santo Domingo with the district president. All the food was delicious.
On Sunday, we went to church. None of our investigators came, so that was a bummer. But we still brought the sacrament to the Concordia family, and we’ve begun teaching them the plan of salvation. Then we went and got fed at the Molina house. We got to eat tofu, gulay, and various other foods. Oh, and rice too!
I have pictures, but they’re not very useful.
The first few are of food that I ate. The first, at Jollibee (chicken joy, burger steak, and sweet spaghetti).

The second (savory spaghetti), at home.

The third (eggs, ground pork, and green chile), also at home.

The fourth of a sketchy alley we walked down late at night to get to a person in a rough situation.

The fifth of Tatay Nilo and I. We’re best friends now! He’s a member who comes to church most Sundays.

I love all of you, and I enjoy hearing from you every week. I wish you the best in everything.
Love and thanks,
Elder Tripp
