Dearest friends and family,
I hope that all of you are well.
This week was a pretty average week. Elder Maroket and I went out and taught a bunch of lessons, committed people to read the Book of Mormon, and hoped that people would come to church.
Oh, and I didn’t get transferred. Looks like I’ll be in Magsingal for a bit longer.
On Monday, we went and ate pizza in Vigan with our Zone Leaders, Elder Clarke and Elder Magturtur. It was good because now neither of them are our Zone Leaders anymore.
Sorry for the poor quality and that there are so few. On Tuesday, we went to a wedding reception for two members
in Santo Domingo Branch, Franklin and Bianca.

On Wednesday, we went to the farewell of two missionaries from the branch, Elder Torreno and Elder Quereza. I
will miss them. They were cool guys.

On Thursday, we had district meeting and got to meet all the new people in the district. Besides Elder Maroket and I and one other companionship, every other companionship in the zone got switched up.
This morning we found out our water line had a huge leak in it for the past month, so we’re probably going to have an excessively high utility bill this month.
Other than that, everything is good. I hope to remember to take more pictures this week.
Love you all,
Elder Tripp
Answer to mom’s question about the green chile we sent:
I used about half of one of the cans, but I didn’t really share with my companion. I just added it to some corned beef cause that’s our main staple ulam at our house, along with tuna. Some ideas on how to use them would be useful. We don’t really have tortillas, ground meat, or potatoes here, so it’s difficult to cook them in a burrito.
